dHealth Wallet is a SaaS Web Software to interact with data and identities of dHealth Network. It can be used to sign transactions, to manage identities and watch network activity in real-time.

This project was worked on in a collaboration with dHealth Foundation, in an attempt to offer a secure solution to interact with wallets for dHealth Network.

What is dHealth Wallet?

dHealth Wallet is available as a web application that you can host locally or on a VPS. This software supports interacting with accounts and transactions, namespaces, assets, nodes and blocks information on dHealth Network. It is a smart contract signatures software to operate on dHealth Network.

dHealth Network aims to make it easy for healthcare stakeholders such as insurances, patient organizations, pharma- and medtech companies to build their Web3 use-cases. It offers decentralized identity, digital currency, tracking and tracing functionality, certification services, and registries.

We introduced our dHealth Wallet Plug & Play dApps – small but powerful software packages to be installed in dHealth Wallet – for which access to key functionality is granted using a dual communication channel that links dApps to the dHealth Network.

This software is built using Typescript and Vue and released under an open-source LGPL-3.0 license in collaboration with dHealth Foundation.

Benefits of using dHealth Wallet

Native and open-source

The dHealth Wallet software can be installed directly on computers running Windows, Linux or MacOS. This is namely useful to practice full offline operations, e.g. to secure the access to assets using a cold-storage.

Plugins and transactions

The underlying peer-to-peer protocol dHealth Network features many different types of transactions, all of these are supported by dHealth Wallet and can be broadcast using the software. Additionally, it is possible to develop plugins for dHealth Wallet using the Typescript programming language and the Vue.js UI framework.

On-chain multi-signature

As featured by dHealth Network, the state of multi-signature accounts is kept entirely on-chain. The dHealth Wallet software permits to create, manage and interact with multi-signature accounts on dHealth Network.
